Kaleigh Baker returned to The Rattler on April 21 with Nate Anderson, bringing both sweet music and sweet sauce to share with audience members.
Along with delivering vocals comparable to Janis Joplin, Kaleigh bottles and sells her own sauce. Serenade Marinade, manufactured by Pocas Hottest, goes good on everything.
“You don’t find that very often with sauce,” she said.
Serenade Marinade is described as “a sweet and smoky sauce with a kick,” and holds “firey sweetness” qualities, offering a wonderful glaze or dipping sauce. It sells out quickly at the merchandise stand at most of her shows, so she set a box aside to sell that night.
Audience members were presented with a lot of noise, a lot of heat, and some new material. They performed one of their latest songs, “Pittston Pistol,” written about Kaleigh’s love for one of her favorite spots. The two Orlando residents said everyone in Pittston becomes like family and that they were excited to return to The Rattler.
